The Better Bucket

I saw this in the June issue of Equus. What a fabulous idea. I just ordered two. You can find the company that makes them on here, but I ordered them from Chick Saddlery.

I've missed you too!

Great idea for a bucket. Who would've thought someone could come up with a new bucket design after all these years.

i think this is a great idea, esp. for big headed horses. do these buckets have a small base so the horses eat faster? can they be set on the ground for cleaning/feeding or do they fall over?

my horse wears a shetland pony sized fly mask and eats out of those little 2 gallon buckets.

Lori...it has been a crazy couple of months. I am barely finding time to sleep. I am doing a saddle making apprenticeship and when I am not there, I am working my "real" job. Very little time to ride or even be on a computer. I miss my free time, but love learning this new craft, and so grateful for the opportunity. On of these days I will do a post about it. My first dressage saddle ships on wednesday....I was a nervous wreck making it, but it looks beautiful...hope the person loves it.

Excellent Bucket!! Love that the horse does NOT have to close his eyes to eat for fear of hitting his eyeballs.
Thanks for the review Jules!

I saw your saddle last week when (funny thing was..I could have picked your saddle out, if they put me in that room- there was a creative flare (no one will ever see)on the cantle!)my sis and I went for her interview with Don.
I think he forgot about sending her the paperwork application(they were out) she is keeps looking in the mail.
They REALLY DO NEED to develope that other part of the warehouse for more workers!!! One of my blogger friends is waiting close to 8 months- woo!
