In love

I first saw this saddle a week ago. I went to pick up my new Ansur saddle and Carole Weidner pulled me aside and said "You gotta see this one before you leave." I walked over and my jaw dropped.....I think I heard "Dreamweaver".....and I stuttered "I love it." I think it is the coolest saddle I have ever seen. Basically it is an English/Endurance hybrid called the Endeavor, that you can change fenders and change stirrups to fit your disapline. Well, Ansur Saddlery had a little bit of fun with this one and took it a bit further and tooled it. It is glorious. Today I went and shot some video of it before it heads out the door to its new owner. What a brilliant idea.

I think it's a great idea to have the option to change stirrup leathers. Looks like it would be an all around saddle and great for trail rides. Hope you and Maddy enjoy the new saddle you bought.

That is a gorgeous saddle.

I ride exclusively in Ansurs. I think the Endeavor is balanced basically like the Excel dressage--which I adore.

I didn't realize you rode in an Ansur. I am totally convinced they are the best saddles in the world for horses...and riders too.

Pretty, but leave it to me to think about cleaning that thing! :)
Here's the girl who when she bought her Western saddle, went for SIMPLE. But that is the English background coming out....
And I LOVE to clean tack, but tooling? Tooling sucks to clean! I guess I could learn if for some reason someone decided to bless me with that lil gem of a saddle, eh? :)

Very pretty. I could easily collect saddles if my pocketbook would let me. LOL
